Description Yes, the KEY_VERIFY JTAG instruction is the same for Stratix® IV and Stratix III devices. You can use the same .jam file shown in Example 4 in AN 556: Using the Design Security Feature in Altera FPGAs (PDF) with Stratix III and Stratix IV devices.
