Encounter flickering and/or horizontal lines when watching video content in windowed mode on YouTube, Facebook, GoTo meetings, Microsoft Edge, etc. while using 5K resolution

Resolution
  • Change the monitor resolution to 3840 x 1080 or lower
  • For YouTube videos, change the playback resolution to 720p or lower
Additional information

The horizontal resolution 5120 is the setting for 5K on Intel drivers. It needs two display ports to function properly. 5K with a single port is not supported by Intel and has never been verified or tested internally.
