Error Code 0xA0080029 , 0xA008002C or 0xA0090007 - When Managing Intel® Optane™ Memory on a System with Multiple Users

One of the following Error Codes was received when managing an Intel® Optane™ memory device: 0xA0080029, 0xA008002C, 0xA0090007

Another user may be logged on and is using the Intel Optane memory application.  Application can run only one instance per system.

Confirm whether there’s another user on the system or another instance of an Intel Optane memory-capable application is running and close it.
