Processore Intel® Xeon® serie 5600
La schede madre per server deve essere al BIOS 45 minimo per l'avvio con processore Intel® Xeon® serie 5600 installata. Una volta avviato, è necessario eseguire l'aggiornamento al BIOS 48 o versione successiva affinché il processore venga eseguito correttamente e le nuove funzionalità siano disponibili.

Nota

  1. Supportata solo su schede di rete Intel® Workstation S5520SC e Intel® Workstation System SC5650SCWS.

  2. Supportata su schede di rete Intel® per server S5520HC/S5500HCV/S5520HCT, schede di rete Intel® Workstation S5520SC, sistema server Intel® SC5650HCBRP, sistema Intel® Workstation SC5650SCWS e famiglia di processori Intel® per server S5520UR.

  3. Supportata dalla schede di rete Intel® per server S5520UR e dalle SKU associate (SR1600UR, SR1625UR, SR2600UR e SR2625UR). Quando si utilizza questo processore con un sistema 1U (SR16xxUR), utilizzare solo DIMM singoli o dual rank a causa della limitazione termica.

  4. Thermal Design Power (definita anche guida termica): la quantità massima di calore che una soluzione termica deve dissipare dal processore in modo che il processore possa essere eseguito in condizioni normali.

  5. Leggete il white paper tecnico sulla tecnologia Intel® Turbo Boost con i processori Intel® Xeon® a basso consumo.

  6. Il supporto per questi processori richiede una revisione del BIOS R0054 o successiva.

  7. Il sistema server Intel® SR2612UR supporta solo i processori con un TDP inferiore o uguale a 95.
