Mark A. Anders received the B.S. degree in 1998 and the M.S. degree in 1999, both in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, IL, USA. Since then, he has been with Intel Corporation's Circuit Research Lab in Hillsboro, OR, USA, where he is a Principal Engineer. He has published over 90 conference and journal papers, holds 60 pending and issued patents. His research interests are in high-speed and low-power computer arithmetic datapath, DSP, and on-chip interconnects and networks. He is an IEEE Senior Member, serves on ESSCIRC TPC, has been recognized as a top IEEE ISSCC paper contributor, and he received ESSCIRC Best Paper, ISSCC Distinguished Technical Paper, and Intel Achievement awards.
