Description:
This patch addresses the following problem
-  For Designs using Stratix 10 Remote System Update,  Remote System Update may fall back to the Factory Slot if a Combined Application Image is corrupt.

This patch also contains the following fixes from prior device firmware releases: 


0.05fw  
This fixes a problem with Stratix 10 Provisioning firmware, which was non functional. 

0.08fw
This fixes a problem that may result in Stratix 10 reconfiguration or partial reconfiguration issues when SEU is enabled

0.34fw
This fixes a configuration error seen during JTAG configuration for Agilex devices 

0.44fw
This fixes a configuration error on Stratix 10, which reports as Major error = 0xF004 & Minor error = 0x002d after reconfiguration.

0.48fw
The patch fixes spurious SEU error reported on unused CRAM spare row.

0.66fw
This patch is to fix fault injection debugger coordinates issue for SEU

0.69fw
This is the firmware fix for the UIB timeout issue.

0.78fw
This fixes a problem that may cause Stratix 10 reconfiguration to hang when a corrupted RBF is loaded, causing a HPS watchdog malfunction.


Patch# 0.44fw: 
 This fixes a configuration error on Stratix 10, which reports as Major error = 0xF004 & Minor error = 0x002d after reconfiguration. 


Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 20.3 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 20.3 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.
